• Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Delivery Times

• Our products are shipped directly from our international fulfillment partners.

• Current estimated delivery timeframe to the United States is 15–21 business days.

• Delivery times are estimates only. External factors such as carrier delays, customs inspections, or high seasonal demand may affect actual delivery dates.

Shipping Fees

• We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to the United States.

• Additional shipping options (including express delivery) will be introduced in the future.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.

• Please note: it may take 5–7 business days for tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system after your order is dispatched.

Incorrect Addresses

• Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.

• LUMOO is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

• Our team will promptly investigate the issue with the carrier and, when appropriate, issue a replacement or a refund.
