At LUMOO (operated by CasaMaxwel LLC), we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines below:
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Gift cards
Discounted or clearance items
Items damaged due to misuse
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lumoofocus@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging.
We will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund.

Our support team will provide you with return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
First, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
